However, we can make exceptions in certain situations, so we are always ready to accommodate.
In the event that you have a very good reason to exchange the product (or return it), do not forget that it must happen under the following conditions:
• Exchange and return are possible within 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the product.
• The panties were tried on over the buyer’s underwear.
• The underwear has no signs of wear, washing, etc.
• Underwear has a brand new look and condition, the same as it was created and shipped to the customer.
In case of non-compliance with these conditions, the buyer will be refused an exchange/return of the goods.
